Yes. Every frame is sourced directly from the brand or its authorised distributor and comes with the official warranty card, original case and authenticity documentation.
Is the eye test really complimentary?
Completely. Book a slot and our certified optometrist will conduct a comprehensive digital eye examination — there is no obligation to purchase.
Can I get my prescription in designer sunglasses?
In most cases, yes. We fit prescription sun lenses — including polarised, gradient and mirrored tints — into the majority of our designer sunglasses.
How long does it take to make my glasses?
Single-vision lenses are typically ready in 2–4 days and progressives in 5–7 days. We’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp throughout.
Do you offer home try-on?
Yes. A stylist will bring a curated selection of frames — chosen for your face shape and style — to your home at a time that suits you.
What is your exchange and warranty policy?
Unused products can be exchanged within 7 days. All frames carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and cleaning and adjustments are complimentary for life.
Do you offer EMI?
No-cost EMI is available on leading credit cards for purchases above ₹10,000, along with UPI and all major cards.
